Controlling the mind

Controlling the mind is not a walk in the park. It needs the cunning of the ninja because the mind is cunning. It needs the reflectivity of still waters, the strength of being resilient because conflict comes in many forms and the mind is the master of conflict. The mind can be controlled and this is done by being constant about things. Observing something to lead to disastrous results and recognizing it to be such, a precursor of disaster will warn one of venturing into that whirlpool of catastrophe. I am learning to watch and observe things and when certain patterns emerge I examine those patterns and if they are not good then I stay from them. I break the pattern. This is difficult to do because we are all creatures of habit and our minds always take familiar routes even when those routes lead to unhappiness.

Anyway, here's Cagayan de Oro City with another one: Cagayan de Oro City. My Cebu City site has made pr1, surprise, surprise. Dumaguete is still in the boondocks as far as Google goes but Dumaguete has made some headway. Jai Alexander rocks!
